Sweden/Switzerland mix-up
Originally, RÖSTI (potato fritters) is a Swiss dish, usually served for breakfast. Nowadays, however, they're just as often served as a side dish together with different meats. Much like hash browns, RÖSTI is raw or boiled potatoes, grated, then fried, formed into about 3/8" thick little buns. The IKEA RÖSTI is pre-fried and mixed with oil, and all you have to do is heat - and enjoy! Why not together with pork and SYLT LINGON (lingonberry jam)?
