No counter spaceJESSICAThe counter is great. Fits nice. Heavy and well made. That being said, the sink bowls are so wide there is NO counter space. I can’t put anything to the left or right of the sink. I can barely fit my curling iron in the middle and my blow dryer just slides into the sink. We would have had more counter space if we just went with a single vanity. If you are a lady planning to get ready every day over this sink then I hope you have an extra table in the bathroom! Otherwise, find something else!3

Broken partsspdxI recently purchased this and had my plumber install it and the Rinnen watertrap that came with it had a broken gasket which makes the whole thing unusable. There are no replacement parts online, Ikea's customer service automatically hangs up when you try contacting them and the stores are closed. The sink itself looks good but useless if there are broken parts and no way to get replacements. A poor experience overall.1

Stated size is not correct!!JohnnyjsJust purchased this item yesterday, according to the description it is 48 3/8 long by 19 1/4 deep. Both dimensions are incorrect. It is 47 5/8 long by 19 deep. It DOES NOT fit on a 48 vanity. Drove 2.5hrs to the nearest store to buy it, got it home, and it doesnt fit!! Never would have purchased it if the correct dimensions were called out in the description, and on the box it came in. Waste of 5hr drive time...and $136. I guess you live and you learn.1

Great sinks wish I could buy replacement partsMamaBirdZkiWe have had 3 of these sinks for 3+ years. They are great! Cost effective, stylish/modern, and hold up well for our family. I just wish IKEA would sell replacement rubber seals for the drain closure. I have a few that just don’t seal properly and water seeps down the drain if trying to fill the sink basin. I’ve tried my local hardware store, but apparently the size is not standard. Not really sure what to do at this point. I’ve called customer service, sent an email, and unfortunately the closest store is 3 hours.4

Good Sink but Coating doesn't hold up well.htien60I was happy with the size of the double sink, but the coating was scratched easily when a moisturizer bottle drop onto the sink. I hope the coating wouldn't scratched easily since this is something that we spent a lot of money to buy the set and could have went with a traditional countertop vanity where we could have easily swap out the top.4
