While I much prefer to have reinforced holes for mounting and some weights to keep the curtain from sticking to the person showering, those come with a higher price point so I didn't expect them in this bargain priced shower curtain.

Curtain or Liner ElisabethI don’t know if it’s intended to be a curtain or a liner but I use it as a liner. It is thick enough though to use as a curtain. As a liner it is heavy enough so it does not billow annoyingly while showering. I have been using these for about a year or two and think they are a great product at a great price point.
