Comfortable, looks nice, can't repairRATASHA H.I bought these a couple years ago- two for our living room. The price was good for recliners and the gray matched our current color scheme. The chairs are very comfortable, but I have four teenagers and couldn't withstand them. A few months ago my daughter jumped on the chair and the armrest separately slightly from the chair. I immediately went online to get replacement parts and they don't exist. I tried to even find a similar piece of plastic to no avail. It's a shame that there's no way to repair something so minor- we ended up having to get rid of the chair.

Why make something, and not have an option as with everything else in the store?Clementine P.Ok, there is an explanation for the mixed-stars, the recliner itself is comfortable, but it has been in my basement for at least five years, waiting for IKEA to make the replacement covers for it. This is the ordinal model, the one the cushion doesn't get removed. My brother gave it to me as a wedding gift, and just a few months after we got it, my husband spilled coffee on it, and that was the end of it. I tried to clean it, professionally steamed, but the stain never really came out. I checked with IKEA for a replacement cover since there is always one, but none was made for this model. My brother spent a little over $400.00, and I waited for them to make the cover. Instead, they updated the model in which the cushion is now removable, so I guess there is no chance they will make a cover for the original. I waited to write this because I had hoped, but it's very upsetting that I'm probably going to have to throw away this good recliner just because I can get a cover for it.
Comfortable ChairMICHELELove the chair but the fabric does not match the chair we bought 2 years ago. Was not aware that had changed when we got it home and unboxed it. The color match is close but the weave is different. We can deal with it but just wish we knew ahead of time.
Great chair for the moneyscott k.I purchased this chair for my condo in as is section (feet were missing looks like so the put metal ones on, but new condition) and it's just a fantastic chair! It's well worth the money, it's firm but soft. It's design matches everything. Mine has chrome metal feet from the couch set and it looks more modern, hip. My grandpa loves it and I'm going to buy him one because of his bad back. I hope they don't discontinue it and keep offering it in this color for customers. What a an amazing value!
reclinerKARENI bought this as a returned product. when we moved the recliner from our SUV to the house the side of the chair fell off. Other than that the recliner is OK.
Metal brackets were not alignedMarkMetal brackets were not aligned for easy installation of the side pieces. We are both engineers and we had to make adjustments.

Comfortable and affordableCaroleMuren was easy to assemble, and is quite comfortable both sitting up and in the reclined position. I bought dark gray. The material does seem to pick rather easily (disclaimer: I have cats) I would definitely buy it again if I needed a second recliner.

Con: assembly requires some brawn and 2 people, boxes will not fit in a family sedan, fabric seems "cheaper" than old one, color darker than old one-I'd buy another so both matched, out of stock don't know when they will have them.

Stylish lookJulieI would say this is good to look at. Not a good choice for comfort or everyday usage. The fabric on the chair does not stand up well to the wear and tear of people sitting in out out of it. The recliner is not easy to use. The beauty of the chair is its best feature and assembly can be done with ease and even by one person. This chair is smaller not for taller or larger people.
