Easy to assembleSandraI bought two of the tall ones and one of the three drawer. I assembled them by myself. I’m 69 years old and handy so newbies may struggle. Just follow the directions. If something doesn’t fit you are doing it wrong. They look handsome and the drawers hold a lot. Just a great storage solution. 5

Drawer stuck and can't be opened, wood plank broke in half tooXiaomeng S.Easy on the eyes but such bad design and quality control. We bought three, TWO of them had multiple drawers that were stuck. We were able to fix the ones that wouldn't go in by bending the mental rails, but one of them wouldn't open -- we've been working on it for days and have already broken the wood plank above it, still without any luck of opening it even half way. SUCH A BAD DESIGN and such a pain to return. Would not recommend this if you were to use it daily.1

Eh. Malm quality has gone down the drain but price is WAY UPKarenLove the color but that’s it. HOMY MOLY the quality compared to the Malm I replaced is VERY noticeably worse. CHEAP lightweight materials that came already pre-chipped (how thoughtful) so I got plenty of splinters assembling it. The drawers aren’t as heavyweight and durable. They sound hollow and cheap when opening and closing. They also don’t pull out far enough. The panel of the frame above each drawer is super rough and unfinished so if you have an article of clothing that sort of pops up, it’ll snag. I hate this thing now and wish my old one would’ve lasted a little longer than 20yrs. And to add insult to injury, the malm series has seen significant price hikes throughout the pandemic. NOT A FAN. Pass on this unless you must have something to match your malm bed (my case)2

Great IKEA MALM 6-drawer chest that saves a lot of spaceErkanI used to use IKEA HEMNES 6-drawer chests but its big drawer was collapsing. There was no support underneath, and I was unable to load a lot of stuff. I decided to buy MALM. It is beautiful in design and functionality. I bought two of these, and placed symmetrically in my bedroom. I am so glad that I bought them. It is worth the money, and I recommend this IKEA MALM product.5

Perfect for many reasonsMisakoI purchased this item for my guest room. My guest room is not big and does not have space for a dresser so this six drawer chest fit perfectly. Also I purchased a Malm storage bed along with this so they look very nice together and now there’s a plenty of storage space. From my observations a task rabbit assembler I used did a great job on building this chest. It seemed to be pretty easy for handy people to assemble. Easy to clean because of the finish of the product, the room looks lighter and larger because of the color. I like the smoothly opened drawers. This will last for a long time for sure. By securing it it is very sturdy. I recommend this item to anyone who is looking for a quality, an affordable chest of drawers.5
iSSUE WITH DRAWERMirandaI bought this dresser and everything went fine during the assembly till I go and put the last drawer in and it won't close all the way because it seems like it Is getting stuck, I tried for a week every day trouble shooting the drawer, assessing if I made a tiny error and can't figure out why it won't close.1
