Solid and works wellShaun W.This thing is solid, although I have to admit that I messed up in trying to match this to an existing chest of drawers (Hemnes would have been the match - oops). Drawer bases seem to lock in way better than older Ikea models, and I have high hopes of not needing tape to keep them in place. Only improvement I could suggest would be full extension drawer slides please, although the 3/4 slides seem to be the norm in the dresser industry.4

Ikea's nice dresserNedNicely made, if you are assembling it DYI, get a glue for wood and put it on all joining surfaces if you want it strong and not wobbly. The most of structural elements are made of wood particulate board (saw dust) so they can't be hold tight well - with the supplied hardware.4
