This is the second oneJANEThis is the second one I have bought and I am very pleased with the cabinet.5
Decent Value, must use Ikea Sink/FaucetJENNAThis was a challenge to install, the cabinet must be used with Ikea Sink due to piping restrictions. Was difficult to get positioned correctly. Does look nice now that it's installed. We hate how it does not have a traditional overflow system.4
Great VanityThereseThis is a very good looking and functioning vanity. Easy to build and install.5
really niceGAVRIELLAI was so thrilled to see an affordable vanity that is off the floor (mounted on the wall). It came out nice and looks very elegant.5

Looks great in my bathroomEmilyI recently had my bathroom remodeled, so we bought this sink to match the colors. Although the builder found it hard to assemble, it still came out sturdy and easy to clean. I love how smoothly the drawers slide, and the large space inside to store all my products (with the NOJIG organizers, of course!).5

Sink CabinetDesireeWe bought 2 of these cabinets for our master bathroom and love them. We love that they hang on the wall and are the perfect height for us. The best part are how spacious the drawers are to hold all our items. We get many compliments on our updated bathroom.5

Good productWhite LakeWhat I needed for a small bathroom.4
Bath refreshWas disappointed in how drawers fit. They hit each other and I had to drill new holes and change height of upper drawer. Wondering if you changed factories because of tariff? Never had issues before3
Very disappointingCarla123rocThe side panels have faint but easily seen permanent inked markings, maybe a model number, in a regularly spaced pattern on both sides. Needed to install it as plumber was on hand. Now need to uninstall and return it. The sink which accompanied the cabinet was also damaged in its finish. Again, had no choice but to use both items asplumber was on site and we could not get him another day.1
Easy, Affordable, Timeless UpgradeWinter Haven LarryWe are thrilled with the quality and appearance, and the smooth-rolling drawers provide efficient, organized storage for all the necessities. Plus the wall mounting means that the unit will not be affected by any water on the floor!5
Beautiful cabinet, well designedLudMikeBought & installed this cabinet 3 months ago and absolutely love its design & functionality. IKEA towels fit perfectly and it’s airy design allows plenty of ventilation in bathroom applications5
plumbing mattersSeattle Ikea Shopperexterior is pretty, good quality overall. However installation of existing plumbing, or even new system will likely 'bump' into the top drawer. So frustrating. Will work on the fix which will likely entail me shortening the depth of the top drawer so it avoids the plubming when closed. We'll see, TBD. Store's solution is to simply return it - not cool - cause its already installed onto the wall. May just have to i guess if the adjustment doesn't worl.3
Perfect ! Great storage.SueD63Well made, relatively easy to put together and install. Perfect fit in my guest bath which is small.. The drawers added the storage space needed. Couldn’t be happier !5
Well designed and great drawers.Stormin1Nice addition in my bathroom upgrade.4

Our take on wood

Wood is the material most commonly associated with IKEA furniture, and for good reasons. It’s renewable, recyclable, durable, ages beautifully and it is an important part of our Scandinavian design heritage. At IKEA, we believe that sourced in responsible way, wood is a key change driver for climate mitigation. In 2012, we set a goal that by 2020 our wood would be from more sustainable sources. We are happy to announce that we have reached this goal and today, more than 98% of the wood used for IKEA products is either FSC-certified or recycled.

Forests are critical for life on earth

Forests contribute to maintaining balance in the atmosphere, purify the air that we breathe and are part of the water cycle. They nourish wildlife biodiversity and provide homes for indigenous communities who depend on forests for their livelihoods. 90% of plant and animal species living on the planet need forests to survive. They provide sources of food, fuel, timber and many other ecosystem services that we rely upon. Sourcing approximately 19 million m3 of roundwood per year from some 50 countries, IKEA has a significant impact on the world’s forests and the timber industry and a huge responsibility to positively influence how wood is sourced. Responsible wood sourcing and forest management ensure that the needs of people dependent on forests are met, that businesses can work sustainably, that forest ecosystems are protected and biodiversity is enhanced.

100% wood from more sustainable sources

At IKEA, we work with strict industry standards to promote responsible forestry. We don’t allow any wood in our supply chain from forest areas that are illegal or contain high conservation values or from forest areas with social conflict. Before starting to work with IKEA, suppliers must demonstrate that they meet IKEA critical requirements on wood sourcing. IKEA requires all suppliers to source wood from more sustainable sources (FSC-certified or recycled wood). All suppliers are audited regularly and non-compliant suppliers are required to implement immediate corrective actions. By working together with our suppliers, we are proud to announce that we have reached our more sustainable sources goal, which we set out to achieve by 2020. Today more than 98% of the wood used for IKEA products is either FSC-certified or recycled.

IKEA Forest Positive Agenda for 2030

As pressure on the world’s forests and the surrounding eco-systems increases due to unsustainable agriculture, the expansion of infrastructure and illegal logging, it is time to take an even more holistic approach to protect and support these important resources for generations to come. The IKEA Forest Positive Agenda for 2030 set out to improve forest management, enhance biodiversity, mitigate climate change and support the rights and needs of people who depend on forests across the whole supply chain and drive innovation to use wood in even smarter ways. The agenda focuses on three key areas: • Making responsible forest management the norm across the world. • Halting deforestation and reforesting degraded landscapes. • Driving innovation to use wood in smarter ways by designing all products from the very beginning to be reused, refurbished, remanufactured, and eventually recycled.

We accomplish more by working together

For many years, IKEA has partnered with businesses, governments, social groups and non-governmental organisations to fight forest degradation and deforestation and increase the volume and availability of wood from responsibly managed forests both for our own supply chain and beyond. We are on a journey to improve global forest management and make responsible wood sourcing the industry standard, contributing to building resilient forest landscapes and improve biodiversity.

Material

What is fibreboard?

Fiberboard is a stable and durable material made of leftover wood from the wood industry. A durable outer layer of paint or laminate is added to the board. The difference between various types of fiberboards, such as HDF and MDF, is mainly the thickness, yet also how impact-resistant they are. This determines if we will use them for bed frames, sofa frames, kitchen fronts, wardrobe doors, or something completely different.
