Not suitable for sloped ceilings unfortunatelyVerified BuyerThis chandelier looks and feels like a quality product, except for the screw that secures the cover at the top of the chandelier. Only one small screw that is tightened with an allen wrench secures the cover, leaving a gap between the ceiling and the cover if you try to install it on a sloped ceiling. The small screw should work fine for a flat ceiling. If IKEA would make this minor design change or at least sell an adapter for sloped ceilings, the FLUGBO chandelier would be perfect. I’ve attached a photo of the screw for reference. I purchased a Casablanca sloped ceiling adapter (SCA) that is meant for ceiling fans, but I think it will work for this application. If the adapter doesn’t work, I will have to return this product.4
