DetolfDanielGreat cabinet, little tricky to assemble, but not bad. Price keeps going up on it though which is disappointing considering what it used to cost a little over a year ago.5
Not that easy to assemblekatiaNot that easy to assemble but still nice once it was done (not perfectly)3
CurioLady C.The curio was a challenge to assemble since I had to put it together alone. Once completed it looks wonderful.5
The piece to hold theERINThe piece to hold the sides together doesn’t fit in the base of the product. It’s impossible to put together. Very disappointing, as I bought one of these a few years ago and it was easy to put together and looks great.1
Glass CurioRonaldThis is the 2nd one that I have bought. It was more difficult to put together. I would recommend paying to have someone come in to install.4
Why Put Stickers on the Glass!FRED D.Easy installation except for the stickers they put on the glass, you will be needing some serious goo gone to remove it, this is the hardest part of the installation.3
SHATTERED GLASSmilena o.dont buy this product. it was in a perfect condition and suddently shattered in my kids room while they were asleep. costumer service was rude saying to buy another one because warranty expired. but this is a safety issue.DO NOT BUY IT1
Classy ShelfIanElegant and simple - but by IKEA standards ,pretty hard to assemble.4
Glass is to thin and not wide enough. Not very sturdyRachelle S.After 2 months, a shelf came crashing down and shattered. Luckily it is tempered glass. If you get this, I suggest not putting anything expensive on the shelves. I am replacing the shelves with Plexiglass.1
BeautifulJohnThese are beautiful shelves once put together. Putting them up can be a challenge. Overall for the price this display case is very nice.5
Good price for productDIEGOGreat value. Nice clean good quality5
Great looking shelf..completely works inCarrieGreat looking shelf..completely works in my area decor but could also work in other areas of my home…5
Great for displays, but could do with some improvement.JohnThe metal frame doesn't seem as strong as I'd expect for the price, but the display looks great. Might need some after-market dustproofing work, but it's at least an improvement over open shelves.4
Good looking display but not easy to assemblehh e.it is a good display cabinet with strudy glass. But design is flawed with whole glass walls are connected together by a small groove in the top and bottom wood shelf and plastic strip. It is not strudy and small move is all takes it to come apart. I should have taken the in store assembly. This is going back to store for now.3
Great display cabinetNatalieGreat display cabinet I had to add my own lights because it didn’t come with them but I easily added sticky tap lights ..the shelf’s are a good size and there is 5 in total …the glass is pretty and the whole display Cabinet is a decent size for trophy’s or goodies ! It was difficult to put together the instructions were not clear but with a little stress it all came together pretty well ! Overall I definitely recommend this cabinet5
Used to be built better for lessFRANCISCO Z.I was able to get a hold of a couple of these earlier this year due to shortages during covid; they were a little tricky to put together, but once you build the first one the rest go fast...I regret not buying these pre-covid since they used to be a little taller and built substantially stronger than the current iteration, and they were half the price they currently are when they went on sale. Even having bought them earlier this year, they were $80 and not on sale...I see they are now $100. I would like a couple more, but not at the current price, and certaintly not while knowing they used to be built better for a fraction of the cost not long ago. That being said, they still look nice...I just wish the price would come back down.3
Plain UNTIL …Trevor J.I added leds and it’s absolutely amazing. Highly recommend!!!5
Difficult to put togetherMELISSAThis was difficult to put together. One of the glass dudes would not go into the plastic strip easily and we had to drill holes in the top and bottom, because they were not deep enough.
Also one of my biggest pet peeves is stickers that do not peel off cleanly. Please don’t use stickers on glass that don’t come off.
I only bought this cabinet because the one I really wanted hasn’t been in stock for months.
First really disappointing piece from IKEA.
It does look good after being put together, after I spent a long time removing stickers and sticker residue.3
For the price, this cabinetJeffreyFor the price, this cabinet is great for displaying.5

What is glass?
Glass is mainly made of sand, soda, and lime melted at a high temperature. Tempering or various additives gives you extra-strong and impact-resistant glass that in some cases can be taken straight from freezer to oven without cracking. A big benefit is how glass can be recycled over and over without the quality deteriorating. Also, a lot less energy is needed to melt recycled glass compared to new raw materials. Our goal is to eventually use only recycled glass in our range.
