Does its job wellKyleIt’s a cutting board for bread. Nothing complicated here. It does its job well collecting crumbs. It’s easy to empty too. I’d recommend putting little rubber stops under it or a small kitchen hand towel so it doesn’t slide around when cutting on it. With that being said, that isn’t the boats fault but my countertop being slippery. 5

Use as gifts --get it before it's gone!!YvetteI have to admit that I don't have unsliced bread that much, and that if I did, I would probably just use my small cutting board to slice it. BUT, unsliced bread would be used at gatherings, in which case it would be IDEAL to have this cutting board/crumb tray combo!!! No, no one's going to die without this, but, it's so useful (and nice and thoughtful for guests), that I think it's well worth having, and that everyone should have one of these!!! Plus, having one of these cutting board/crumb tray combos would encourage us to make homemade bread more often!! This is just a nice thing to have, which I really appreciate!!! I've had my eye on an acacia one from Amazon for several years, but, it's way too expensive, and, acacia can splinter, I've heard. I think the bamboo looks a little cheapy, and is too "bright" for my tastes, but, it's still very functional and very "nice" to have, so I'm glad I got this, finally!!! And if I bake bread someday, I will enjoy this all the more!!!5
