More door size optionsJennaI love this configuration, but I wish there were options to have doors over the top two shelves like the 31 1/2x11 3/4x93 1/4 " size. I want to use this as shoe storage in my entry way and want the middle space open for keys and other items, while having closed storage at the top. 4

Slim design that looks great in my kitchenTanjaMy kitchen lacked storage space. Two billy/oxberg units with the extension and doors on the bottom and top solved my problem. My kitchen cabinets are white, which perfectly match the billy/oxberg units. The units have a slim (i.e., not deep) design that easily fits in my kitchen and provides great storage for food, cookbooks, and smaller appliances. Due to the slim design, you will not be able to store bulkier items like toaster ovens or air fryers! So be aware. 5

Doors don't fitSaraKeep in mind that you have to re-drill the holes for one set of doors if you purchase 2 sets of Oxberg half doors.4
Nice shelfLauraMy daughter wanted this for her bedroom as it was larger than her old bookshelf and had the door option. Easy to put together. Hardest part was attaching to the wall after assembly — make sure to plan a spot with studs or get good drywall anchors (not included)4
