Poor packaging, extremely disappointingClaudiaNot a review about the product itself. The vase was shattered because it was packed with NO bubble wrap and placed UNDER two 20-inch wooden frames in one cardboard box. The vase was wrapped in one layer of brown paper and that was it. The box was full of tiny glass bits when I opened it and was very dangerous. When I tried to get a replacement within hours after delivery, I was told by customer service that the item can no longer be shipped to my location. I was told that I have to wait indefinitely to see if it gets restocked, if it doesn't ONLY then will I get a refund. When I checked on the website, it turns out the vase can only be shipped with "large orders". Extremely disappointing and dangerous + unacceptable to wrap a delicate vase with the equivalent of newspaper. But I guess from the little shards of glass that were in my box, I could tell it was a beautiful pink color?
