HoviskPatrickVery attractive piece for a table or shelf. Not very practical as a (lantern/cadle holder). It would have better served as a low consumption wired 5v light with a switch. Because of its height, placing one of Ikea's 24 hr candles or similar size candles, it is difficult to light. One could use a wand type of lighters, but in order to light it, you have to hold the wand lighter vertical, with your hand/wrist above the flame. Because of the glass cylinder, (I removed mine) it makes it difficult to blow out or if you use a ten inch candle extinguisher that would work out. Even though a candle is quaint, a small 5v light would have been much more practical. Thank you.3
