Twisted the black cord- Beautiful Lamp!Anonymous reviewerWhat I did to make the black cord more presentable is I took it out of the gold ceiling mount and then wrap/twisted the black electrical cord around the gold wire to make candy cane-like stripes pattern and used the two rubber bands to keep it even and prevent it from unwinding and then put the black cord back into the top gold ceiling mount and made a knot on the inside to prevent it from getting loose. Wrap it a little loose so the weight is on the gold wire and not the black electrical cord. The exposed copper wires were too small to wrap so I had to strip them to make it twice as long to make it easier to connect. The one I got the gray glass is darker than in the photos but with the light on with a 1800 lumen bulb it's really pretty. I got this lamp in the as-is section which was a really nice bonus too.
Not consistentCurtisI have three of them and I can not get two to match so I can hang them above the island. The colors are from light grey to dark grey to purple . Don’t buy online if you want two or more.
Looked okayChristineThe display of this light fixture at the store didn’t have the black cord showing at all and only the gold chain, which is why I bought it. Once I got home and started putting it up, I realized there’s the black cord that has to show and because it’s a mesh type cord it doesn’t straighten out ever. I was disappointed with the look but it was functional. It also was a pain to install because the instructions were the bare minimum and took some googling to figure out how to get it properly installed.
Perfect pendantSarahWe absolutely love these over our kitchen island. One thing to note is that you have to basically break the glue seal on one of interior pieces so that you could screw the gold piece onto the eyelet to make it flush with the ceiling.

Unique light fixtureAnonymous reviewerWe renovated our kitchen and needed a brand new light fixture to replace our ceiling fan above our kitchen table. We looked everywhere for something affordable and this one caught our eye. It gives you a lot of look for the money, in my opinion. The amount of light it gives off is not as bright as we’re used to but considering it’s for dining we are ok with that—it’s a little brighter than romantic lighting. Easy to install.

What is glass?
Glass is mainly made of sand, soda, and lime melted at a high temperature. Tempering or various additives gives you extra-strong and impact-resistant glass that in some cases can be taken straight from freezer to oven without cracking. A big benefit is how glass can be recycled over and over without the quality deteriorating. Also, a lot less energy is needed to melt recycled glass compared to new raw materials. Our goal is to eventually use only recycled glass in our range.
