Don’t buyi created a profile just to leave a review about this shelf. I bought the 47” shelf. It went together easily but it seems that little forethought has gone into hanging the shelf. The pocket holes for the screws are 15” apart, when every house in the US follows 16” stud spacing in a wall. This shelf is too heavy to just anchor it into dry wall. But the part of this shelf that makes it a “no buy” is that there is not enough room to use a drill (nothing special, just a common battery powered drill) to screw the shelf to the wall. If they would have made the front bar so that it could be added last, there would be no issues with this.

Coat , hat shelfRealized later that it is actually for kitchen. Other hooks would be better for coats. But it works well.

sturdy & attractiveI bought this and the shorter model for a closet conversions. Very handsome and easy to assemble. Was able to mount even the longer one to the wall by myself.

EdgesThe face of the shelf is rough with dents in it which are painted over.
2 hooks included. Practical for hanging, e.g. kitchen utensils, mugs and pot holders. Different wall materials require different types of fasteners. Use fasteners suitable for the walls in your home. For increased stability, re-tighten the screws about two weeks after assembly.
Wipe clean using a damp cloth and a mild cleaner. Wipe dry with a clean cloth.
