Most Frustrating Piece of FurnitureAnonymous reviewerOnce assembled, this thing looks great. However, it is completely unusable because the track cannot hold the drawers. It worked for about a month but over time, the side boards bowed a bit causing the tracks to be too far apart to hold the drawers. Since it has to be mounted to the wall, I did not want to take the time to try to return it as that seemed like such a hassle. I was able to rig it up well enough to work with some shims but it doesn’t look great. I can’t believe this item is still being sold, as it appears everyone who buys this has this problem. I guess I won’t be buying anything from IKEA without looking at reviews from now on. 1
Drawers keep on falling off!EllaI didn’t really know that there are tons of reviews regarding the drawers falling off til now. DRAWERS FALLING OFF IS also the reason why I am here now. Tryna figure out if some of the screws fell off, but I guess it’s just really the design of this furniture. So disappointed! We deserve our money back! :(1
Are you kidding me??? It’s literally the dresser of Doom :/DominikiaIf you enjoy unexpected life challenges, this dresser is for you! First, the assembly is like a 3D puzzle that laughs in the face of instructions. After several hours, I had created what looked like a dresser, but the real fun began. The drawers—oh, the drawers. They have dreams of independence, constantly jumping off their tracks like they’re auditioning for an escape room. And the paint? It chips if you *look* at it too hard. One touch and it’s like the dresser is shedding its skin. If you’re seeking a dresser with character (and by character, I mean endless frustration), this one’s a winner. Bonus: you’ll get a free workout every time you try to open a drawer. Would I buy it again? Let’s just say I’d rather sleep on the floor.1
diy fix for drawersAlexandraI have 2 of these mounted in a closet. I had the same drawer issue others are reporting. I really didn't wish to return, so I came up with a fix. Under each track I added heavy duty double stick tape. This serves to close the distance between the drawer and the track about 2 mm so the fit is secure and strengthens the track. 3
Really worst experience ever with piece of furniture BinalI bought this last month, my husband finally got chance to assemble this, we were so excited with our purchase looks great nice design But the drawers do not stay on place My husband got so mad at me for selecting thing! Stop selling this. JosalynnReally wish I would have looked at reviews before buying but I bought it in store. You need to stop selling this immediately. You’re stealing money. Lasted us a month. The drawers are not functional. They fall every time. What a waste. 1
TrashCristinaThis drawer set is the ABSOLUTE WORST!!! Every time you open the drawers, they come off the track. We have it in our kids bedroom, but they can’t get clothes out of the dresser themselves because they drop on the drawer below and then get stuck. This is absolute garbage… if I could give zero stars, I would.1

Horrible designRenataThis is the worst design they could ever come up with. It does not stand by itself, so you must attach to the wall, and the drawers don’t stay on the rails.. they fall off. Totally useless. 1

Worst furnature I ever bought at Ikea. BobOver the years, I have bought many items at Ikea and have assembled them with little trouble. They have been good or at least adequate quality. However, upon competing this unit I found that it can't stand on its own. It tips over even if empty. I tried attaching to the wall, leaving 2 holes in my wall, and when I opened a drawer to put clothes in the thing came off the support and pulled from the wall. I wonder if you will accept return even though the unit is fully assembled. I can bring the box and packing material if needed. 1
The most idiotic design everKayleighI didn't notice in the showroom, but once I built the frame at home I stopped to see how it looked in the space only to find out it literally cannot stand on its own without attaching to a wall. I'm returning it half built and cursing Ikea designers out on this one for the inconvenience and idiocy. Not redeemable in any sense, not even for the price. 1
Cheap & worst design everTrucTook hour to assemble it and it’s not even stable. Also the drawers is weird and always got trouble to open it. Finally need to break it to get stuff out. Terrible product.1

Furniture tipping over is one of the home furnishing industry's most serious safety issues and we’ll never stop working on innovative stability solutions for our storage furniture. A tip-over accident can happen when you least expect it. It could be someone using a drawer as support to stand up or children climbing to reach something on top. But no one can predict all the scenarios that everyday living at home can create. That’s why the best way to avoid tipping accidents is to always anchor the furniture to the wall. But we also offer new stability solutions that help make our storage furniture safer. One example is our stability feature Anchor and Unlock. "It means that the chest of drawers must be anchored to a wall to be able to open more than one drawer at a time, which reduces the risk of tipping, but doesn’t entirely remove it. By anchoring the chest of drawers to the wall, you unlock the drawers and can open them all at once," says Björn Andreasson from the development team. Another way we increase stability is to integrate it into the design. "With GREÅKER cabinet with drawers, for example, we´ve developed hinges that stop the doors at a 115-degree angle and keep them there to reduce the risk of tipping," says product developer Dagmara Pawlus. IKEA of course meets all safety requirements in our markets, but we don’t just settle for this. We often set higher demands than what legislation requires to help people enjoy a better everyday life – in a safer home.
