I'd suggest feeling it in store before purchasing. IKEA has so many softer duvet covers which also come in fun and colourful patterns. 3

Itchy/scratchyRebeccaWashed this duvet twice and it’s still the roughest, scratchiest cotton I’ve ever felt in my life… definitely not to the level of IKEA’s usual fabric quality. Also, there are no snap closures and for $24.99 I’d expect 2-3 snaps or a zipper on a children’s duvet cover. Big fail! 2

Requires diy, why?HeatherNothing inside to hold the duvet in place, so its sliding around the cover, seems a little silly. There's also no way to close it? While I can fix these problems myself, I really shouldn't have to. I don't mind it otherwise, it's very cute and my sister loves it, But there's no reason for it to be completely lacking what should be standard features for a duvet cover.2
