IKEA Canada – GIFT WHEEL GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS (the "GIVEAWAY RULES") FOR AGE-OF-MAJORITY LEGAL RESIDENTS OF CANADA

GIVEAWAY PERIOD
1. The IKEA Canada – GIFT WHEEL GIVEAWAY (the “Giveaway”) starts on June 13 between the hours of 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and closes on June 13, 2026, at 15:00 p.m. ET. And again, on June 14, 2026, between the hours of 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and closes on June 14, 2026, at 15:00 p.m. ET (the “Giveaway Period”) or while gifts last.

ELIGIBILITY
2. To enter and to be eligible to win, a person must be a resident of Canada who is the age of majority in the province or territory in which he/she resides and is a member of the IKEA Family Program at the time of entry. (You can obtain an IKEA Family Membership free of charge by signing up for the program at https://ikeafamily.ca). Employees, agents, and representatives of IKEA, its partners and associates, its advertising or promotional agencies, and their immediate family members or persons with whom they are domiciled, are not eligible to enter or win a Gift. "Immediate family member" means parents, sisters, brothers, children, spouse, husband and wife. IKEA reserves the right to require proof of eligibility, which proof shall be in the form required by IKEA.

3. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and local laws and regulations. Participating in the Giveaway constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Giveaway Rules. IKEA may disqualify any entry that appears to violate these conditions, or any provision of these rules.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE
4. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter the Giveaway, entrants must attend the IKEA Event at participating IKEA Canada stores during the Giveaway Period, show their IKEA Family Member card and spin the Giveaway wheel for a chance to win a Gift.

5. Entries must be received by IKEA during the Giveaway Period. Limit one (1) entry per person (and per IKEA Family card account). All entries found to have entered more than once will be void.

6. No other method of entry is allowed. An entry may be rejected if (in the sole and absolute discretion of IKEA) the entry is not fully completed with all required information and submitted and received in accordance with these Giveaway Rules during the Giveaway Period.

GIFT AND ODDS OF WINNING
7. All dollar amounts contained in these Giveaway Rules are denominated in Canadian Dollars.
8. There is a total of 3,300 gifts (each a “Gift”) available to be won during the Giveaway Period, consisting of the following:

The total approximate retail value of the gifts is $28,000.00 Dollars.

9. The Gifts will be awarded according to the terms set out in these Giveaway Rules. The Giveaway wheel consists of (see section 10 for gifts list) potential Gift slots and Gifts will be randomly added to the Giveaway wheel at the start of the Giveaway Period and as gifts are won throughout each day. Each entrant will receive one (1) Gift based on their spin of the Giveaway wheel.

HOW GIFTS ARE AWARDED
11. The winner will be notified of their winning Gift in-store after spinning the Giveaway wheel. Before being declared a confirmed gift winner and receiving the Gift, a selected entrant must (a) first correctly answer, unaided, a mathematical skill-testing question. By accepting the winning gift in-store, the selected winner agrees to allows IKEA to publish the selected winner's name in potential future advertisements and confirms understanding, acceptance and compliance with these Giveaway Rules, acceptance of the Gift as offered, and acknowledgement that IKEA and all or any of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising or promotional agencies, administrators, employees, agents, representatives and participating service providers (collectively, the "Released Parties") are not responsible for any claims arising out of any matter related to the Giveaway or the Gift; and (c) acknowledge compliance with the Giveaway Rules.

12. Gifts must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable or convertible to cash (except at IKEA’s sole and absolute discretion). Subject to any applicable legislation, IKEA reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute a Gift, in whole or in part, for a gift of equal or greater value, for any reason including due to the gift being unavailable or for any circumstances beyond its control. The refusal to accept any Gift releases and forever discharges IKEA and the other Released Parties from all obligations related to the Gift, including delivery.

RELEASE
13. None of the Released Parties assumes any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, technical malfunctions, human or technical error, seeding or printing errors, lost, delayed or garbled data, or any combination thereof, including any damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer and to any cellular phone or other property related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials relating to this Giveaway. For greater certainty, and without limitation, IKEA nor any of the other Released Parties is responsible if the address, email address, or telephone number given by an entrant is incorrect, disconnected or no longer in service. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. If, for any reason, in the opinion of IKEA, the administration, security, fairness, integrity or the proper conduct of the Giveaway or the Event is corrupted or adversely affected, including by reason of tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond its control, IKEA may, in its sole discretion, and subject to any applicable legislation, cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway (or amend these Giveaway Rules). IKEA reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Giveaway Rules or otherwise in a disruptive manner. The Giveaway Rules are subject to change at the discretion of IKEA, subject to any applicable legislation, without notice to entrants individually.

14. All decisions of IKEA with respect to any aspect of this Giveaway, including without limitation the eligibility of entrants or entries, are final and binding on all entrants in all matters as they relate to this Giveaway. Entrants, including Giveaway winners, agree to release, forever discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from their participation in the Giveaway or their acceptance, use or misuse of a Gift.

PRIVACY
15. By entering the Giveaway, all entrants consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information by IKEA and any representatives or agents thereof in connection with the Giveaway, for the purpose of running the Giveaway and the awarding of the Gift. Except as otherwise contemplated in these Giveaway Rules, information collected by IKEA in connection with the Giveaway will be used by IKEA in accordance with IKEA’s online privacy policy posted at https://www.ikea.com/ca/en/customer-service/privacy-policy/. The foregoing is not intended to limit any other consent to the collection or use of personal information that may have been, or may in future be, provided by any entrant to IKEA or any of the other Released Parties, if applicable. By entering the Giveaway, each selected and declared winner agrees to the use of his/her name, city of residence, photograph, voice, statement, image or likeness for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in all media, without further notice or compensation and agrees to confirm said specific consent to such use by signing the Release. Personal information collected in respect of this Giveaway may be stored on a server or servers located outside of Canada.

GENERAL
16. All entries are subject to verification at any time. The sole determinant of time for the purposes of valid entry in this Giveaway will be the Giveaway server(s).

17. No communications will be entered into except with Gift claimants.

18. This Giveaway is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws and is void where prohibited.    

19. Except where prohibited by law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Giveaway Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and IKEA in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the Province of Ontario without regard to any conflict of law issues.
