    Function solution

    Sweden/Switzerland mix-up

Originally, RÖSTI (potato fritters) is a Swiss dish, usually served for breakfast. Nowadays, however, they're just as often served as a side dish together with different meats. Much like hash browns, RÖSTI is raw or boiled potatoes, grated, then fried, formed into about 3/8" thick little buns. The IKEA RÖSTI is pre-fried and mixed with oil, and all you have to do is heat - and enjoy! Why not together with pork and SYLT LINGON (lingonberry jam)?

    Form design process

    Great with Swedish flavours

Rösti is a traditional potato dish that today is often served with various meat, poultry and fish dishes. We at IKEA would like to recommend you to eat it together with typical Swedish flavours such as fried pork and lingonberry jam. Rösti is made from raw or boiled potatoes which are fried to about 1 cm thick potato fritters. But our RÖSTI are pre-fried, so all you need to do is heat them up in a frying pan or oven. And then simply enjoy the taste!
