    All of our mattresses can be used immediately, but keep in mind that a packaged mattress only regains its full shape and comfort after approximately 72 hours. Your body also needs a couple of weeks to adapt to the new mattress.

    Sometimes the mattress has a noticeable smell when you open the packaging. The smell isn’t harmful or toxic and disappears over time. Airing and vacuuming the mattress helps to eliminate the smell faster.

    Product is possible to recycle or use for energy recovery, if available in your community.

Corners don't straighten outSerhii S.We purchased our second MATRAND mattress. After three years, the first one is still in good shape; everything is in line, it is straight, and it didn't sag.  There are two significant flaws, though. You'd have to make a sacrifice with its look because the mattress corners are badly crumpled and don't straighten up even after prolonged use. The cost is the second significant drawback. To what we paid in 2019, it increased by 67%, nearly twice.3
gets uncomfortable after 1 yearBinh T.Bought the Mattrand Queen mattress in feb 2020. In the beginning, it was great for the first 8-12 months. Then we started getting back pain that worsens over time. We finally got a new mattress in Sep 2022 and the back pain is gone. So practically, we go a good use out of it for 12 months, minor pain for another 6, medium pain for another 3 and major pain for another 3. Basically don't expect this mattress to last the 8-10 years that IKEA tells you.1
