This cover is made from Vissle fabric in polyester, which is dope-dyed. It’s a durable material with a smooth weave and a nice two-tone effect.
The chaise lounge can be placed either to the left or right, so you can adapt the sofa to your space and your preferences.

Better off thriftingAjI know what you're thinking. "I need an affordable couch, nothing fancy, and this looks good enough!" Same. But you have to trust me you will get a much higher quality product by thrifting. I bought this couch online at Christmas in 2023 to furnish my first roommate-free apartment. It's hollow, and not exactly firm but definitely jabs you (and your drywall) with metal and wood. There is little support and I am often sore when I stand up (don't even think about napping on it). Within months there were dents that wouldn't come out even with minimal use (again, live alone). But I kept telling myself it was good enough because I didn't want to admit to a $600 mistake. So why make the review now? Because I want to replace this with a comfier couch, which means I need to take this one out to make space. But y'all I literally cannot give it away, let alone recoup any of what I spent on it. Not worth it. Techically functional, but you can thrift something sturdier and $400 cheaper.
Stains easily and is uncomfortableSimonThe sofa looks great for the first week or two, but it stains incredibly easily. Any attempts to dab or clean with a damp cloth result in even bigger, permanent water stains. Never had this problem with any other sofa.
It is also not very comfortable, with very thin padding. I do not recommend this product.

Not goodZahraalsadatI was not happy at all when I bought this sofa. My wife had come to Canada earlier and bought this sofa alone. After 3 months when I came and used it, I saw that the fabric was not good because when a water stain drips from our hands or gets wet, that stain remains permanently and the stain appears. And it looks very bad. When I wanted to return it, three months had passed and now a year has passed and I am not happy at all.

Color Change in CoverPayamI recently bought the Linanäs sofa. While the sofa itself is attractive, I’m disappointed by color changes in the cover after purchase. I expected a durable, color-stable fabric, but the color shift affects the sofa’s look and undermines its long-term value. The product description doesn’t mention color-change risks. When I reached out to customer service, they said the warranty is limited and doesn’t cover the cover, which contradicts my expectations given the 10-year warranty.
I bought this and after only a year it looks old and worn out, making it a poor value for the $600.RezaI bought this sofa around one year ago, and from the very first day, the fabric was loose and messy, constantly bunching up.
Now, after just one year — even though I work and I’m not home much — it looks so worn out that you’d think it’s been used for 5 years.
It’s definitely not worth buying. For $600, you can find much better options. Unfortunately, I’m really not satisfied at all.
Extremely poor quality and shabby materials AsifThe material is extremely shabby. The parts were of poor quality and grade, easily breakable. The cloth on the seat could not fit completely and was defectively cut and stitched. Extremely poor quality for the price I paid!
Stains with every touchErinI do not recommend this couch. After following IKEA’s specific cleaning instructions using only water and a clean cloth, the couch is now covered in water stains. Anything slightly damp will leave a stain you can’t get out. Despite reaching out to customer service, I was told that the issue wouldn't be covered under warranty. save your money and buy from a different place.
