Poor qualityRK13I bought these plates 11 months ago and they are covered in scratches! We use it everyday but they simply look terrible. I bought 3 sets so that I have enough for our big family, but I am very disappointed.1
Perfect!NymphoGirlLove these dishes. Simple, pretty, and easily matched with everything else in my cupboards.5
FLITIGHET 18-piece dinnerware etDishsetI loved the shape and color of this set but within 6 months the dishes are totally covered in scratch marks. I am very disappointed.1
GBI45I am liking it very much. In fact I am going to buy another set5
Pretty disappointingSarahyycI bought these about nine months ago, within weeks one had already chipped and they started showing scratch marks. They honestly are looking a little rough for something I’ve had less than a year at this point. While they are still usable, I don’t feel like they were at all made to last and therefore would NOT recommend them.2
Grey lines, poor qualityCARO_123I bought this set and it didn't even last 1 year until all the light scratches from daily use have turned my set grey. Very disappointed, the low price is for a reason.1
Poor Quality! Scratches Look DirtyAnonymous reviewerPro: Good price, sturdy. Cons: using basic utensils such as spoons and forks cause grey-ish black marks on this set. Those marks make the dishware look dirty.2
Do not PurchaseJoeC75I purchased two set. POSITIVE: Design is great, Sizes are perfect. NEGATIVE: After 2 months of usage they are good for the garbage. They are all scratch, the scratches are gray and we cannot remove them. Plates always look dirty and look like they have been to war! Too bad I cannot upload picture to show you guys!2
Bad Quality - Ikea Disappointed us this time !Anonymous reviewerWe are a big fan of ikea products(including dinnerware) however this dinner set is of very bad quality (unlike other Ikea products) . All plates were full of scratches after 4 months of use and not usable anymore. @ Ikea Team : I bought this in Oct/Nov 2017 (so past 365 day return period). Can I return this set and get refund as I cannot use it anymore because of its horrible scratchy conditions. Would appreciate you positive response!1
Places EveryoneLayneRI bought 2 sets of these dishes to accommodate my growing family. It’s the worst when the cupboard runs out of clean dishes to use!!4
Extremely Bad QualityAAleemAll plates are full of scratches after 2 months of usage. Extremely poor quality. Really disappointed !!!!. Ikea must give a refund for this dinner set. If anyone from Ikea follows these comments ,they must compensate.1
Poor QualityFitMamaof2Bought these to replace my previous IKEA dishware, but after one use there were knife marks all over my plates.1
They"re oklmor4On a budget? They're for you. Downside...they're full of silverware scratch marks and therefore look dirty. They also chip extremely easily. It's a shame, cause I love the simple look of them:(3
Good valueDriverfoundI bought this set a few weeks ago to replace am older, similar set and though it is good bang for my buck, I have already had to throw away two bowls due to chipping.4

What are ceramics?

For thousands of years, humans have used ceramic objects for cooking and serving, and it’s easy to see why. Ceramics are heat-resistant and durable, and don’t react chemically when in contact with various foods. The base material is different types of clay that are formed into objects and oven-burned. At IKEA, we mostly use ceramics for plant pots, porcelain and sinks – and since it can be glazed to any colour and shine, the possibilities of styles and looks are endless.
