Thick walls evenly distribute the heat so that the food is heated up from several directions. Thick base prevents food easily burning and sticking to the pan. Made from cast iron; gives high and even heat producing appetizing grill stripes on the food. Matt enamelled interior; the pan does not have to be oiled and is easy to maintain. Two handles make it easy to lift the pan.
