Awful design - not at all practicalijustwantagoodnightssleepThis frame is terrible, it bulky looking and way to low down to the floor. The headboard seems to always swallow pillows in and they end up on the floor over night. The edges are hard and sharp and I have multiple bruises from bumping into them. Looks odd and isn't practical. Look elsewhere for a bed frame.1
Looks nice and is sturdyRellis88Had this bed for 3 years and it looks great and has easily stood the rest of time. However, the sloped angle of the headboard (so you can sit up in bed) means pillows fall down the gap between the mattress and headboard especially in the night. Another plank running across would stop this, probably not a problem if you have a very deep mattress. Another problem with the headboard being sloped at an angle means you can’t get it as flush to a wall so you lose some dead space behind it and it can be prone to marking/scratching walls behind it. Was easily to assemble alone.2
Ok for a couple of yearsJan00001The front U shaped leg fell off after about 3 years. The welds between the L shaped brackets and the hollow section are not strong enough. Total weight of me and my wife about 150kg. Would recommend longer testing to Ikea or declaring that the product is not expected to last long.2
Nice to look at but ....Mymy84This bed frame started off in my good books because it matched all the other Trysil items in our bedroom and was very nice to look at, but it’s now in my bad books. It squeaks and takes up more space than a regular king size bed which isn’t ideal when you have an odd shaped bedroom. It’s over 365 days so I’m unable to do anything but put up with the inconvenience.2
Very good bed for the priceBcxxxxxIf you view it and think no cos of the price don’t be put off. Really strong bed and looks lovely once up. Defo worth a buy for the price4
Not for a long runAgatha26Was great for some time. But now it's squeaking every time I move.3
