Our click and collect service is available at all our UK stores* and external DPD pick-up points with contact-free collections and social distancing measures in place. Find the latest information on the status of our store openings and closures here.
You will have the option to select your preferred store and next day collection slot when you checkout online**. Once your order is ready to collect, you'll receive an email notification, please remember to collect only on your selected date.*Excluding our IKEA Planning studio **Order and collection points and Croydon store only will operate with a choice of collection day.
Click and collect
Our click and collect service is available at all our IKEA stores across the UK. It's a contact-free, quick and easy service. Place an order at home or on the go, and collect it from your local IKEA store or external DPD pick-up point.
1. Choose our "click and collect" service at the checkout and select your preferred store or pick-up point and date.
2. You’ll receive an order confirmation e-mail with your order number and your tax Invoice.
3. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive another email notification with instructions on how to make your collection. Please make your way to your selected store or pick-up point following your ready to collect email instructions.
For the safety of our customers and co-workers, all collections will be contact-free. So if you will need help with large or heavy items, do bring someone with you from your household or bubble. We suggest a maximum of two people per vehicle, and please stay in your vehicle till it's your turn to collect.
How much does it cost?
While our stores are temporarily closed, click and collect at all IKEA UK stores and Order and collection points is currently free when you spend £100 or more, and now reduced to just £5 for other orders.
When can I collect?
You will have the option to select your preferred store, and next day collection slot*.
Once your order has been prepared and is ready for collection, we will notify you via email. Please bring your order confirmation email and proof of ID in the form of a current photo driver's license, payment card or passport.
Please remember to collect your order on your confirmed day. If you don't pick up your order within your collection slot, your order will be cancelled and a refund processed.
If someone is collecting your order on your behalf, please make sure they have the original email confirmation and proof of ID in the form of a current photo driver's license, payment card or passport.
For collection at an external DPD pick-up point please follow your order confirmation email instructions.
