Product details

Made of 100% cotton - a natural and durable material that becomes softer with every wash.

Cotton is a soft, natural material that breathes, absorbs moisture and feels comfortable against your skin.

The tight percale weave makes the fabric very durable and resistant to pilling. It has a matte surface and is wonderfully crisp, soft and cool to sleep in.

The buttons keep the duvet in place.

Pillowcase with envelope closure.

Good to know

343 thread count.

Reviews

Gorgeous Anonymous reviewerHuge green leaves on a smaller creamy background and good quality fabric that I’ve washed at 60 °C with no problem whatsoever. Well made with button fastenings, not the usual thin fabric either, they are a good weight cotton. I pair them with a white sheet, I love them. 5
Quality of duvet cover is very bad Anonymous reviewerI’m disappointed with the quality of this duvet. I’ve purchased many duvet covers from IKEA before, and the quality has always been good, even after washing. However, after just one wash, the green color of this duvet has bled onto the white areas, and it’s no longer white. I would like a refund due to the poor quality, or alternatively, I’d like to exchange it for a different one1
Attrocious Quality ControlAnonymous reviewerI've been wanting these sheets since I saw them on the site at Christmas time. I finally decided yesterday to get a set from Ikea Cardiff, I washed them and the green, as stated by another reviewer, ran into the white. I washed them on a 40 degree cycle which is COOLER than what the care label suggests, I went back today to exchange them and low and behold, the replacement set has a hole in the seam so now I have to make ANOTHER trip to return this set, but I want a refund not an exchange this time. I am absolutely gobsmacked for the price and considering I've had other Ikea bedding sets which have been of a higher standard of quality and cost significantly less than this set. Not colour fast and clearly poor quality control in the factory.2
Lovely bedding Anonymous reviewerBright and fresh design - was a bit worried as couple reviews said that the fabric was stiff and scratchy , it’s not it’s lovely and soft fine cotton . Brightens up my bedroom 5
Beautiful duvet cover but not great fabric quality Anonymous reviewerI am a huge fan of Ikea duvet cover sets, and have been exclusively buying this brand for years. I love good quality cotton fabric and bold, colorful patterns. Most Ikea bedding sets were so-so in terms of quality but I could always find gems. It was also always easy to find matching fitted sheets in equally nice colours. During the last few years, Ikea fabric quality has gone down, colours and patterns have become fewer and less interesting. Finally, I saw this set, which I instantly bought for its great looks. The fabric has the highest thread count and it is tightly woven, but overall rather thin and disappointing (especially considering the price, highest of all Ikea duvet cover sets right now). Plus, it’s impossible to find a green fitted sheet to match. Will keep an eye on new Ikea products but have started buying other brands too.4

Designer thoughts

When designing the autumn textile collection, I got carried away with big and bold graphical patterns. I started out drawing by hand, to get a lively feel. I like how the hand makes things naturally asymmetric. Random checks, untamed leaves and details from nature were my inspiration. For me, Scandinavian design is not only simple, but also warm, nature-inspired , and often bold and large-scale. I hope you find this collection as happy and welcoming as I do.
