Designer thoughts
"When I designed DUKTIG workbench and DUKTIG mini kitchen I wanted them to look and feel as close to the real things as possible, with many working functions. Like an infra-red hob and a working vice. One thing I thought a lot about was what height to build them in. Then I came up with adjustable feet and that solved it. Now they can be adapted to different heights so children of all ages can use them. And children can continue to play with them for years - even when they grow taller. Solid birch makes them durable and long-lasting and gives them an attractive, modern Scandinavian look."
