Disappointed.Anonymous reviewerThis set looks amazing, but unfortunately it’s quite impractical and not very durable. The wheels simply do not lock properly. I’ve already had them replaced twice and the exact same issue occurred again,you can’t put the brakes on at all. It seems like a factory defect or a serious design flaw, because the wheels are essentially useless if they don’t lock.
The lid is also poorly designed. It doesn’t slide into place properly, which makes using the top quite fiddly and frustrating.
It’s a shame, because visually it looks great and I really wanted to like it. Unfortunately, the quality doesn’t match the appearance.
On top of that, the lid arrived broken twice,either cracked or heavily chipped,clearly due to the lack of proper protection or packaging.2
