Fabric not soft Anonymous reviewerLove the pattern & style of this duvet, but even though washed twice at recommended temperature, the material is still very rough & stiff, making it quite ‘noisy’ when in bed. Also, it is a very heavy cover for some reason. I will keep it, in a hope it softens over time, but disappointed given the price.
Not whiteAnonymous reviewerOrdered online and received through the post. Unfortunately it’s cream coloured not white. I wanted pure white.
I live on the Isle of Wight and not easy to exchange or get a refund.

A hot wash will get rid of the cream colour!Anonymous reviewerAs per other reviews, I was initially disappointed that this bedding isn't white, as advertised, and more of a cream colour. I decided to keep the bedding though, as it's very good quality cotton and I liked the seersucker fabric-which means no ironing. The bedding became stained with my daughters fake tan, which resulted in me washing at 60 degrees rather than my usual lower temperature. The bedding then came out of the washing machine pure bright white. This was with regular laundry liquid and no stain removers and no whiteners-just a hotter temperature.

high price, poor size colourAnonymous reviewerI bough this duvet and pillow set in white in a double size, it was not white but a yellow / cream colour, the size was more like a kingsize cover, not the size I wanted, too big for my double duvet , the cotton material has a feel like thick paper, not good at all, I would not buy again or recommend it, unless you want a too large ,yellow cream coloured carboard feel material on your bed
Always have loved this and always will...!Anonymous reviewerI had this bed linnen for years and years (probably decades) and was really sad a few years ago when they seemed to have discontinued it. When they had it again I was so happy to exchange and restock - just so love the feel of it, crisp, fresh, clean and comfortable. Really my favourite white cotton bed covers.
