Malm drawers x6Anonymous reviewerI bought my daughter a smaller set and we really like it so I bought myself the big set and when i was putting it together one of the parts snapped so I took it into Ikea and asked if they could give me a replacement part they didn’t have it in store so they said they would send it in the post I waited over a week and it was the wrong part. I have emailed someone in Customer Service but still not received the correct part so the whole thing is sitting in my living room in pieces only half put together it’s very frustrating having to keep going back-and-forth trying to get the right person to give me the correct part and the way that it snapped so easily it does make me concerned if it’s even going to last. very disappointed.

Malm 6 drawer unitAnonymous reviewerPurchased this item for my granddaughter to put in her bedroom found it easy to put together but it came in two boxes which are very heavy luckily I am not that small we found it easier to unpack them down stairs and take the pieces upstairs a few pieces at a time once thing I found was the front cross bars/rails are very flimsy and weak only being made of chipboard so you had to be careful when lifting it when assembling luckily I have built these units before
