Reviews

Would be great if it lastedAnonymous reviewerThis light was great while it lasted, Then stopped working.1
Works for 1 or 2 daysAnonymous reviewerWorks for 1 or 2 days. Only way to get it working again is to.take batteries out and put them back in. Keeps working for another couple of days. Made all the worse by the face battery covers are really hard to remove. IKEA batteries used. Not recommended.1
Awful design choicesAnonymous reviewerCan't use on USB to save the environment of battery land fills. Stays on for 1 minute, a bizarre choice for cupboard lighting. Prior cupboard lighting was better. Whoever designed this functionality should be demoted to tea making to make way for someone who can make cupboard lights work as people expect.1
Battery lifeAnonymous reviewerThe LED lights are great, one small thing, when you close the door, the lights stay on for quite a few seconds, these being battery operated, it would be better for battery life if the lights went off just about immediately you close the door and the lights are not wanted. But otherwise, they are very good.5
Terrible! The battery lasts about 30 minsAnonymous reviewerThese are awful!! I have put battery's in them and charged the light up, but they last about 30 mins before I have to recharge them again! Absolutely terrible! You can have them back1
Does not light with USB bus powerAnonymous reviewerYou must power the light with batteries as USB is for charging only. I wish they can be powered by USB instead. 2
Motion sensorAnonymous reviewerUse it for under newly fitted kitchen. Kids love it too.4
We can't all be wrongAnonymous reviewerI have a few of these, all on auto so when we walk by, the light comes on. BUT...I feel like Im forever replacing the Ladda batteries, even though I have a drawer full and the big sexy Ikea battery charger. Maybe it's because Im the only 1 in the house that does replace the batteries! Who knows. It's very infuriating though. Won't be buying more and probably won't be using the boxed ones we still have.1
Great bit of kitAnonymous reviewerI know have 5 they work brilliant5
Needs charging dailyAnonymous reviewerLovely warm light but doesn’t last through the night on automatic sensor. Would be a great product if it could hold a charge.1
Poor Quality Anonymous reviewerThe first thing I noticed was how fiddly it is to remove then reinstall the battery covers. Once the lights were set to automatic mode neither would switch off which would render the battery life useless. 1
GoodAnonymous reviewerWorks well but uses loads of battery5
GoodAnonymous reviewerPerfect but uses a lot of battery5
Love it!Anonymous reviewerI love this light. I have an old built in wardrobe with sliding doors and it was always so dark inside (the wardrobe is built in a wall). No issues the sensor works well and the battery charge is very good. I have not had to charge them yet. I highly recommend using IKEA rechargeable batteries though. I’m gonna get more for two more wardrobes5
Waste of Money! Anonymous reviewerI bought 4 of these for my bathroom cabinets. I additionally bought the recommended rechargeable IKEA batteries to use with them. After 2 days the lights have all stopped working. Charged all the lights with the batteries in them…again, sporadically all lost power after a day or so. Either these are all faulty or they are just rubbish. I have already used the clips on my cabinets to stick the lights on to, worried that I’m going to ruin the cabinets if I remove them now…where can I complain?2
If only battery lastedAnonymous reviewerGives you a nice warm light but it needs charging so frequently. We’ve bought 4 of these, 1 small, 2 medium size and one large. 3 of them placed in wardrobes, they last about 3 weeks. Large one is placed under the kitchen cupboard and it needs charging every 2-3 days. Before that we were using similar ones from a budget supermarket and I Don’t even remember if I ever had to charge them, they lasted more than a year. Only reason I want to keep them is the warmth of the light but I don’t think it’s useful when you have to charge them every month2
GreatAnonymous reviewerJust what I needed in my cupboard for my early starts5
Elevate your wardrobeAnonymous reviewerExcellent value for money, perfect for the darker mornings to find everything you need5
Great motion activated lightsAnonymous reviewerWorks well switching light on as person approaches. Bought 6 months ago with the IKEA recommended batteries for elderly relation to illuminate a dark corridor area. Only needs recharging approx every 7-8 weeks. Far superior to previous cheap EBay purchases. 5
Completely unusableAnonymous reviewerHaven't been able to successfully charge these once since I bought them. They flick on once after charging, then remain 'off'.1
