Poor quality Anonymous reviewerI recently bought all the furniture for my new home from IKEA, and I’ve been very happy with the quality of almost everything. Unfortunately, this wardrobe and same model drawer are the exception.
The build quality is surprisingly poor, and the manufacturing tolerances seem inaccurate. After assembly, the wardrobe doors cannot be properly aligned and do not sit correctly. Considering the amount of time and effort required to assemble these products, most people simply do not have the energy to disassemble them again and go through the return process.
Very disappointing, especially compared to the quality of the other IKEA products I purchased.
Songesand WardrobeAnonymous reviewerInstructions not clear. Was a nightmare to build. Like others have said doors don’t align and frequently screws popping out and doors catching. Assembling the back is a nightmare it’s popped off again and shelve in large area keeps falling little screw s holding are really waste of time.
We bought this wardrobe in our last house and it’s a too be fair it stood solid for years but same issues with back, doors and shelf with the old one also. You can’t expect them ever to survive a removal- it fell apart. We bought again as price and style was right but still same issues overall.

Great Product, Awful InstructionsAnonymous reviewerFor anyone experienced with assembling furniture. I would recommend this however if like me and very rarely have to assemble furniture this product is a nightmare. None of the parts are labelled and the instructions aren't clear, relying on having to match the drawings with the parts that arrived in 4 seperate boxes (with all parts mixed & matched so couldn't do it in stages, keeping everything organised). Shout out to Original Furniture Reviews for the incredibly informative instruction video on this product that helped me assemble it.
Now it's assembled, i'm glad i bought it but if i knew the headache it would cause with the terrible instructions, i wouldn't have bothered

Poor!!Anonymous reviewerI've bought several ikea products over the years, most decent quality and reasonable. More recent items (like this wardrobe) are just shocking quality. Flimsy plastic fixings and a very flimsy final product. Cheaper than ever I'm afraid and why IKEA don't label the larger components for ease of assembly I'll never know. Additional screws and hidden struts were needed to stabilise the wardrobe. Really poor quality!
