KULLEN 5 drawer chest of drawersAnonymous reviewerFairly easy to assemble but 2 plastic screws missing from the side of the drawer much easier than the malm range to assemble but the quality is nowhere near as good the drawers don’t run smoothly and are quite stiff to open and close having now read through all the reviews I am hoping that this item will last longer than the other buyers that have commented that it falls apart after a relatively short time span
I have malm that has lasted me almost 10 years and I expect this item to last just as long I had to get the kullen due to space and the need of additional storage in a small flat
I have given 4 stars due to the plastic screws missing being missing
It does look fabulous just the runners are not wet functional

Pure frustration!Anonymous reviewerThe first package had missing pieces. To their credit, Ikea sent another one straight away. The replacement, though, had one piece with holes drilled in the wrong place. Couldn't be bothered complaining again so we just did the best fix we could and drilled our own fresh holes. Very good experiences with Ikea so far but this particular purchase was pure frustration!

I would not recommend this product to anyone looking for durable or reliable furniture. It is not fit for purpose.
Very poorAnonymous reviewerThe inside board has visible chipping along the edge, and the surface is also dented/creased. The damage appears to have occurred prior to assembly, as it was present immediately upon unpacking the item. Tried to contact customer services via chat and no help!
