Contactless Click and collect service is available at select pick-up locations nationwide. Place an order online and collect it from your local IKEA store or Pick-up location (fees may apply). IKEA Scarborough Town Centre customers enjoy free Click and collect for online orders! No minimum purchase is required.
Here’s how you do it:
Step 1: Choose Scarborough Town Centre, 300 Borough Drive, Scarborough, as your Pick-up location in the checkout.
Step 2: Wait until you receive the “Ready for pickup” message before heading to the location for your selected timeframe.
Step 3: Follow the instructions in your pick-up message and proceed to the pick-up location at your selected timeframe. The IKEA Scarborough Town Centre Pick-up location is located at Exchanges and returns.

Arrive in the Exchanges and returns area with your order number ready and government ID ready. Await further instructions from an IKEA co-worker.
