Parking

Family and accessible parking is available for our customers. Family parking can be found in the lot next to the entrance. Accessible parking can be found directly across from the store entrance.

Green parking: Reserved parking spaces near the front entrance for customers driving hybrid or fuel efficient vehicles (cars that use less than 6.5L of gas per 100km).

Electric vehicles (EV)

EV charging and parking is available in front of the exit area. A credit card is required to activate EV charging stations, charging is free and is available during store hours.

Bicycle parking

Located near the front entrance for customers who have traveled to our store via bicycle.

Transit

Easily accessible by public transportation due to its proximity to Leslie Station.

You can connect to the internet using your laptop or mobile device quickly and easily. While visiting our stores you can now enhance your in-store experience by downloading the IKEA app.

We are committed to improving access and opportunity for individuals with disabilities by identifying, removing, and preventing barriers that may interfere with their ability to make full use of our facilities. We offer wheelchairs and electric scooters for customer use when needed. 

Here’s how you do it:

Step 1: Choose ‘Click and collect’ at checkout and you will be able to select an IKEA Store or a nearby Pick-up location, operated by a third-party partner.

Step 2: Wait until you receive the “Ready for pickup” email before heading to the store.

Step 3: Follow the instructions in the email and proceed to your selected store or Pick-up location. Pick-up processes may vary from location to location. Further direction will be communicated upon arrival.

Express return

Register your return ahead of time to use our Express return lane. Returns are subject to our returns policy and do not guarantee acceptance.

Looking for replacement hardware?

Are you missing bolts, pegs, or other hardware parts to assemble IKEA products? Request free replacement parts online and they will be delivered to your home or business at no cost via Canada Post within 7 business days.

The Click & collect pickup area is located inside the store near the checkouts. If your order is in a locker, you'll find the lockers south of the building at the end of the parking lot.

The Swedish Restaurant is located on the second floor, near the main entrance.

Yes. Our coworkers speak a variety of languages, including Arabic, Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), Farsi, Filipino, Hindi, Spanish and more. If you need assistance in another language, please speak with a coworker in-store.
