We are pleased to welcome our customers back to our store locations nationwide. In accordance with City of Toronto by-laws all customers and visitors are required to wear a mask or face covering that enter IKEA North York, beginning July 7th, 2020. Your health and safety is our top priority.

With health and safety as our top priority, we have introduced enhanced, preventative health and safety measures across the shopping experience and operations to ensure co-workers and customers feel safe to work and shop. As a result, the children’s play area Småland will remain closed, and the IKEA Restaurant is available for take-out only.

You have 365 days to return or exchange your product. To avoid long wait times, IKEA encourages customers to take advantage of its 365-day return policy and return or exchange products at a later time.

IKEA North York has added an External Merchandise Pick-Up warehouse to enable us to have greater product availability.

Please note certain products such as SEKTION kitchens, PAX wardrobes, BEKANT & GALANT office furniture, all bathroom sinks, sink cabinets, faucets, showerheads and most sofa articles will need to be picked-up at the External Warehouse after making the purchase from the store. The warehouse is located within a 12 minute drive from the store.
