If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, most new and unopened products can be returned within 365 days with proof of purchase. Opened products can generally be returned within 180 days, provided they're in resalable condition. Some items, including mattresses, plants, cut fabric, custom countertops, and as-is products, have different return conditions or are not eligible for return. Once your order is ready, you'll receive a "Ready for pickup" email with instructions. Follow the signs to the Click & collect pickup area, located on the east (right) side of the store near the exit. Park in one of the numbered pickup spaces and follow the instructions in your email to let us know you've arrived.

Please note: Some larger items, including kitchens and select furniture, are picked up at the IKEA Burlington External Pick-up Warehouse, as indicated in your order confirmation. All other Click & collect orders can be picked up at the store. Learn more about Click & collect.
