IKEA Quebec City is temporarily closed, Curbside Click & Collect, Remote Planning Services and Delivery via IKEA.ca available.
IKEA Canada has temporarily closed its Quebec City store location to customers to support the immediate public health concern.
Throughout the pandemic, our top priority remains the health and safety of our co-workers, customers and communities. We continue to monitor the situation closely, always working in line with local health officials and government.
We will remain open at IKEA.ca, serving the local community through Curbside Click & Collect, remote planning services and contactless home delivery.
We thank customers for their understanding as we navigate this situation with caution. We look forward to welcoming the local community back to store locations soon.

Here’s how you do it:
Step 1: Choose ‘Click and collect’ at checkout and you will be able to select an IKEA Store or a nearby Collection Point, operated by a third-party partner.
Step 2: Wait until you receive the “Ready for pickup” email before heading to the store.
Step 3: Follow the instructions in the email and proceed to your selected store or collection point. While collection will be contactless, pick-up processes may vary from location to location. Further direction will be communicated upon arrival.
Click & Collect pick-up instructions:
Step 1: Proceed to a designated parking spot in the Click & Collect area on the side of the store, and park your vehicle.
Step 2: Please wait in your vehicle and text your order number and parking spot number to the Click & Collect phone number as seen on the parking spot sign.
