You can shop for it in store – but you don’t have to
Contactless Click and collect service is available at select pick-up locations nationwide. Starting at $5, you can place an order online and collect it from your local IKEA store or Pick-up location.
Here’s how you do it:
Step 1: Choose ‘Click and collect’ at checkout and you will be able to select an IKEA Store or a nearby Pick-up location, operated by a third-party partner.
Step 2: Wait until you receive the “Ready for pickup” email before heading to the store.
Step 3: Follow the instructions in the email and proceed to your selected store or Pick-up location. Pick-up processes may vary from location to location. Further direction will be communicated upon arrival.
Click and collect pick-up instructions:
Step 1: Park in one of the designated parking spots at the east end of the loading zone in front of the store.
Step 2: Click on the link in your email to check in and let us know you've arrived.
Step 3: Please wait in your vehicle, we will bring your Click and collect order to you.

Donate to repurpose & reuse option
For a small pickup fee, you can donate your gently used household goods and furniture to the non-profit organization - Oyate Tipi. Items donated will go towards supporting Women and Children in need, Youth aging out of foster care, people transitioning from homelessness, refugees, and people relocating to Winnipeg due to events such as fires and floods. So, while you replace your household furniture, do a good deed and help people that will love your furniture as much as you did.
