All IKEA Canada stores are now open to customers!
We are pleased to welcome you back in our store. Your health and safety is our top priority.
As of Friday July 10th, a proposed by-law by the city of Montreal will come into effect in our store. All customers and visitors will be required to wear a mask or face covering when entering IKEA Boucherville.
We have also introduced enhanced, preventative health and safety measures across the shopping experience and operations to ensure co-workers and customers feel safe to work and shop. As a result, the IKEA Restaurant and children’s play area Småland will remain closed.
To maintain safe physical distancing for customers and co-worker, store capacity has been reduced. The main Entrance lineup and Returns lineup may close up to 1 hour before store closing to support a safe shopping experience.
You have 365 days to return or exchange your product. To avoid long wait times, IKEA encourages customers to take advantage of its 365-day return policy and return or exchange products at a later time.

Opération Enfant Soleil for sick children in Quebec has been a priority for the three IKEA stores in Quebec for three years. Let's not forget that at IKEA, children are the most important people on the planet. Imagine, being able to share our design and furniture knowledge and in addition for the benefit of sick children is clearly the dream partnership and this involvement makes us very proud.
We raised more than $200,000 with Opération Enfant Soleil by furnishing the official Maison Enfant Soleil.
IKEA Canada receives a high volume of requests every week to support various worthwhile projects. At IKEA, having a positive impact on people and the planet is an essential part of our business. Each IKEA store supports local initiatives that align with our charitable giving policy. Please send your donation request to the IKEA Boucherville Store for consideration.
