Planning your visit

  • In line with provincial regulations, a vaccination passport is now required for dining in at the IKEA Restaurant. At this time, proof of vaccination is not required for shopping in-store or to order takeout from the Restaurant/Bistro.

Returns and exchanges

  • We will take our closing period into consideration for receipts that have expired during this time and will honour our 365 days returns and exchange policy.
  • Please note that due to physical distancing guidelines still in effect, we will be operating with fewer workstations and wait times will be longer than usual.
  • Get a head start on your return and save time at the Returns desk by using our new online form.

Step 1:
Once you place your order, please wait for the "Ready for pickup" email before heading to the store.

Step 2: When you arrive at the store follow the signs to the Click & collect designated door and parking spots.
Please have your email ready to show the IKEA coworker.

Step 3: If there is a line, kindly wait.

Step 4: If you are sending someone else to pick up your order, you must ensure you specify that* during the checkout process and inform the collector to have a valid piece of ID.

Click & collect

You can shop for it in store – but you don’t have to

Contactless Click and collect service is available at select pick-up locations nationwide. Starting at $5, you can place an order online and collect it from your local IKEA store or an external Collection Point.

Here’s how you do it:

Step 1: Choose ‘Click and collect’ at checkout and you will be able to select an IKEA Store or a nearby Collection Point, operated by a third-party partner.

Step 2: Once your order is complete, wait until you receive the “Ready for pickup” email before heading to the store.

Step 3: One you arrive at the store, follow the signs to the Click & collect designated entrance. If there is a line-up, please get in line, respect social distancing and please wear a mask.

Step 4: Please have your confirmation email visible and a valid piece of ID, with picture preferably, such as a driver's license or medicare card.

Step 5: If someone else is picking up your order, you must specify it when you are completing your order. There will be a section where you must remove a checkmark. They must also present a piece of valid id.

Convenient Delivery

Can’t take your furniture with you? We’ll deliver it to your home or workplace. Truck delivery starting at $39.

Parcel Delivery: Delivery left at your front door. Ideal for smaller home decoration & accessory orders.

Doorstep Delivery: Delivery left at your front door. Ideal for smaller furniture orders that you can easily bring into your household yourself.

In-home Delivery: Delivery into the entryway of your household. Ideal for larger furniture deliveries that cannot be left at your doorstep.

We offer an in-store recycling service for Compact Fluorescent Lights (CFL) & Battery recycling. The mattress removal & recycling service is also available for customers booking home delivery only.

TaskRabbit is an on-demand service available on the web that conveniently connects you with the network of TaskRabbit. Handling everything from in-home furniture assembly and mounting to basic handyman services.

Are you missing bolts, pegs, or other furniture parts to assemble IKEA products? Request replacement parts online. They're free and will be delivered to you.

Save time with your in-store return

Get a head start on your return and save time in store. Using this online form, add the products for return and the information requested. Once complete, you will receive a barcode via SMS and e-mail* that you will show the co-worker at the Returns desk when you arrive in store to assist with a quick return process.
