Parking

Entrance and exit the IKEA store via Jacombs Road or Sweden Way. Oversized vehicles, please enter via Sweden Way to park in the uncovered parking lot.

Electric vehicles (EV)

There are four EV chargers located on the north side of the covered parking lot. Enjoy two free hours of charging while shopping at IKEA Richmond. Fees apply for additional hours.

Bicycle parking

Covered bike racks are available near the store entrance. Uncovered bike racks along Jacombs Rd. Lockers area available inside to store your helmet!

Transit

Easy access from the Canada Line. Access via bus 405, 407, 410, and 430. Use the Translink Trip Planner.

Family friendly services

Free Wi-Fi

You can connect to the internet using your laptop or mobile device quickly and easily. While visiting our stores you can now enhance your in-store experience by downloading the IKEA app.

Here’s how you do it:

Step 1: Choose ‘Click and collect’ at checkout and you will be able to select an IKEA Store or a nearby Pick-up location, operated by a third-party partner.

Step 2: Wait until you receive the “Ready for pickup” email before heading to the store.

Step 3: Follow the instructions in the email and proceed to your selected store or Pick-up location. Pick-up processes may vary from location to location. Further direction will be communicated upon arrival.

Orders can be collected in our Customer Service area at the Customer Furniture pick-up counter (one level up from parking).

Express return:

Register your return ahead of time to use our Express return lane. Returns are subject to our returns policy and do not guarantee acceptance.

Are you missing bolts, pegs, or other hardware parts to assemble IKEA products? Request free replacement parts online and they will be delivered to your home or business at no cost via Canada Post within 7 business days.
