All IKEA Canada stores are now open to customers!
We are pleased to welcome our customers back to our store locations nationwide. IKEA Richmond requires all customers and visitors that enter our store to wear a mask or face covering.
With health and safety as our top priority, we have introduced enhanced, preventative health and safety measures across the shopping experience and operations to ensure co-workers and customers feel safe to work and shop. As a result, the children’s play area Småland will remain closed. The IKEA Bistro is open for takeout only, and the Restaurant is open with limited capacity.
IKEA continues to offer contactless Curbside Click & Collect and online shopping with home delivery at IKEA.ca.
You have 365 days to return or exchange your product. To avoid long wait times, IKEA encourages customers to take advantage of its 365-day return policy and return or exchange products at a later time.

People & Planet
IKEA Richmond creates a children's play area at a local women's shelter.
At IKEA, we believe every child has the right to play and develop in a safe and secure environment. In August 2019, IKEA Canada announced a partnership with Women's Shelters Canada to help create a better everyday life for children residing in women's shelters nationwide.
In the beginning of this year, IKEA Richmond completed a redesign of a dining area at a local women's shelter for strong and resilient women and children who have survived violence. Warmth was added to the space along with lots of storage, while play areas were incorporated to allow the children to read, craft and imagine.
We offer a range of food products inspired by Swedish traditions—perfect for curious taste buds! You’ll find classics like meatballs, and salmon prepared in all sorts of ways. There are drinks and treats too. And, we’ve made everything more sustainable, so it’s simply good food you can trust.
