Click & Collect

You can shop for it in store – but you don’t have to

Contactless Click and collect service is available at select pick-up locations nationwide. Starting at $5, you can place an order online and collect it from your local IKEA store or an external Collection Point.

Here’s how you do it:

Step 1: Choose ‘Click and Collect’ at checkout and you will be able to select an IKEA Store or a nearby Collection Point, operated by a third-party partner.

Step 2: Wait until you receive the “Ready for pickup” email before heading to the store.

Step 3: Follow the instructions in the email and proceed to your selected store or collection point. While collection will be contactless, pick-up processes may vary from location to location. Further direction will be communicated upon arrival.

Click & Collect pick-up instructions:

Step 1: Follow the 'Click and Collect' parking lot signs to the left or west side of the store (adjacent to JYSK).

Step 2: Proceed to a designated numbered parking spot and park your vehicle. Text your 9-digit order number and parking spot number (example 15) to the Click and Collect phone number as seen on the parking spot sign.

Step 3: Please wait in your vehicle, we will bring your Click and Collect order to you. Please let our co-worker know if you will need assistance to load your order in to your vehicle.

IKEA Burlington co-workers to plant trees

Co-workers from the IKEA Burlington Store will join Tree Canada this fall to plant over 300 trees and shrubs in the Burlington community.

The trees IKEA Burlington co-workers will plant provide significant benefit to communities including reducing noise, cleaning air, preventing soil erosion, protecting wetlands, helping urban wildlife and biodiversity and creating beautiful shaded places for people to play and relax in their local community.

This year, the trees planted will help to enhance the urban tree canopies in neighbourhoods near IKEA stores.
