All IKEA Canada stores are open to customers nationwide.

With health and safety as our top priority, we have enhanced, preventative measures across the shopping experience and operations to ensure co-workers and customers feel safe to work and shop.

Masks, covering both your nose and mouth, are encouraged as an extra layer of protection. In line with provincial and municipal regulations, masks are currently mandatory at store locations in Quebec. Please check your local store page for more details on health and safety measures at your preferred location.

We are always open at IKEA.ca, serving the community through contactless Curbside Click and collect, remote planning services and home delivery.

Enhanced preventative measures

• Physical distancing guidelines throughout the store.

• Credit and debit to minimize cash handling.

• Hand sanitizer throughout and clear information on preventative hygiene methods.

• Preventative health and safety requirements for co-workers and third party vendors.

• All play areas, including Småland, will remain temporarily closed.
