I have a parcel order, how can I manage it?
We explain you the characteristics of these orders and how to manage them.
We will deliver it to your home via SEUR or Correos:
- Parcel orders have an approximate delivery date, we will contact you when your order is in delivery or ready for collection, via email.
- Our suppliers will make at least two attempts and if this cannot be done, the packages will be taken to the nearest collection point (we will inform you of the address).
- Some orders are divided into several deliveries, you can check their status at "Track and manage my order".
- If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so up to 1 hour after its creation.
- It is not possible to change the delivery date.
Note: if you need to contact us by phone, chat or Social Networks, either to consult or to make a change to your order, we inform you that for data protection reasons, this can only be done by the owner
