Returns

IKEA believes that all customers should be able to try out our products at home and change their mind about them. That’s why we offer you the option to return IKEA products within 365 days, unopened or opened.

Claims

All IKEA products are rigorously tested before they are launched to make sure that they comply with all relevant standards and regulations. We also pack them carefully in our IKEA stores and warehouses to make sure that they arrive in tip-top condition. IKEA strives to improve our customers’ experience, but we know that mistakes do sometimes happen. If something’s not right, we’ll find the right solution for you.
