Returns
Everyone can change their mind. That’s why we give you 365 days to return any product, as long as it’s in its original condition and packaging.
If your product is a mattress, you have 7 days to try it out. Once opened, to exchange it, simply bring it back fully packaged, along with your purchase receipt, to the IKEA store of your choice; we’ll refund you with a return card.
However, for customers who are not considered consumers under the applicable policy and for those who make their purchase through, or with the support of, the IKEA Business Network:

- the return period will be THIRTY (30) DAYS, so the general IKEA Return Policy period does not apply to these customers;
- they expressly accept and as an essential condition that IKEA will not accept returns of products that have been previously opened or assembled, even if they are returned after being disassembled and/or are not in their original packaging.

Issues
All IKEA product undergo rigorous testing before being launched to ensure they meet standards and regulations. We also prepare them carefully in our IKEA stores and warehouses so they reach you in perfect condition. At IKEA, we strive to improve our customers’ experience, but sometimes things can go wrong. If something does, we’ll find the right solution.
