I have a Click & Collect order. What happens if I cannot make the collection on the selected date?

You have 24 hours to pick it up at the store (C&C), collection points and Lockers.

Click & Collect or In-Store Pickup

If you are unable to collect your order in the selected time slot, IKEA will store your order for the next 24 hours. After 24 hours, we will contact you to offer you an alternative.

If we are unable to contact you, we will will notify you via SMS and your order will be refunded with the amount paid for the goods, excluding the cost of the order preparation service.
 

Pick up point

If you cannot pick it up on the selected day, we will keep it for you during the next 72 hours. Once these 72 hours have passed, the order will be cancelled and the order will be refunded with the amount of the goods paid for, excluding the cost of the order preparation service.

In order to collect the order, it is essential to present the NIF/CIF or Passport of the person who has made the purchase or the authorised person and the confirmation of the order that arrives by e-mail.
