Will my order be delivered?

Due to the situation some orders could be delayed.

Also, due to transportation restrictions in some confined areas we will not be able to deliver your order until it is back to normal. In case your address is not accessible, we will contact you.

Has IKEA established security measures for deliveries?

Yes, we work with high security measures for deliveries.

As a result, during this exceptional period, the goods will be delivered to the customer's door and we will not access the home.

I haven't received my order yet. What's going on?

Please note that some deliveries may be delayed due to the particularity of the situation. We hope to return to normal soon.  The carrier will contact you on the day of delivery to coordinate the delivery. Remember that you can check the status of your order here.

What are the delivery times?

You can see the available dates and choose the one that suits you best during the purchase process, before making the payment. Deliveries will be made within 11 working days.

I haven't received my order. What will happen?  

IKEA will call you to arrange a new appointment. We will give you a new appointment for later pending the decisions of the different Communities to return to normal. If you still want to cancel your order, you can do so without any problem. 

I want to cancel my order, can I do it? 

Any customer can cancel their order without any problem. Call us at 900 400 922 and we will help you with the cancellation.

Delivery time

  • Delivery from 11 working days.
  • From Monday to Friday in mainland Spain.
  • You can track your order using our tracking system and/or via the SEUR website.*

* Information is only available once the carrier has received your item at their facility.

Maximum packaging measurements

  • Maximum measurements: 78.5 cm x 55 cm x 39 cm
  • Maximum weight 25 kg.
  • All measurement information can be found on each product page.
  • Items for which we cannot guarantee optimal delivery conditions are excluded.*

*Bagged single mattresses (90x190 cm, 80x200 cm and 90x200 cm) are now available in the Parcel Service. Return Service not included.

When you order the Delivery Service from your IKEA store, ask a co-worker about exclusions.
