Can I return items from different orders/tickets through the post office?

Yes, please note that if you have different tickets or orders, you will have to fill in the form for each group.

We can only return references from the same order/purchase ticket as the return is made according to the original payment method.

If you have more than one order/purchase ticket we can make the return through the post office and we will return each one separately. You can return items at the post office, regardless of the way you have made the purchase or the method of shipment that you have had.

The contracting of the service is online and very easy: Prepare the goods to be returned (see conditions of weight and measurements). Access the form and fill in the requested information as it appears in your original order. You will then receive a confirmation email. Print the label and add it to the package to be returned.
