KIDS' MEAL + SOFT TOY

**Promotion offered by IKEA IBÉRICA S.A.U with CIF (Código de Identificación Fiscal – Spanish tax identification number) A28812618 and registered office at Avenida Matapiñonera 9, 28703, San Sebastián de los Reyes, Madrid (Spain). Registered in the Madrid Mercantile Register under Volume 1251, Section 8, Folio 102, Sheet 23549 (hereinafter, "IKEA").  This promotion is for IKEA customers who are IKEA Family members and who meet all the requirements set out in these terms and conditions.  From 1 May to 31 August 2026, inclusive, when IKEA customers, who are also IKEA Family members, buy a kids' meal in the IKEA Restaurant,  they can get one of the promotional items (soft toys) listed below for an extra euro (EUR 1) on top of the price of the kids' meal:   

 

In the interest of clarity, the promotion works as follows: when they buy one (1) kids' meal in the IKEA Restaurant of one of the IKEA stores listed below, during the IKEA Restaurant's opening hours, IKEA Family members can choose to receive one (1) of the aforementioned promotional items. In order to receive this promotional item, IKEA Family members must pay an additional euro (EUR 1) when paying for the kids' meal. In addition, when making the payment, IKEA Family members must show proof of such membership by providing the IKEA co-worker with their membership card or identification number.  

On fulfilling the terms and conditions specified above, IKEA Family members will receive one of the promotional items, subject to availability. Accordingly, IKEA does not guarantee the availability of all the aforementioned promotional items for the entire duration of the promotion; therefore, on fulfilling the terms and conditions set out herein, IKEA Family members will be entitled to receive one of the promotional items that are available at that time and IKEA will not, under any circumstances, be required to provide a specific item if that item is not available at the time of the customer's purchase.

IKEA Family members are expressly forbidden from selling the promotional items given to them under this Promotion.

Furthermore, the promotional items cannot be returned under any circumstances; they are expressly excluded from the IKEA Returns Policy.   

This promotion will apply in all IKEA Restaurants in all IKEA Spain stores with a Restaurant service (excluding the Canary Islands and Balearic Islands and the IKEA Glòries, IKEA Santander, IKEA Girona, IKEA Vitoria and IKEA Diagonal stores).  

Cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or promotions.   

IKEA expressly reserves the right to make as many modifications and additions or addenda to the promotion as it deems appropriate, provided that these are justified or do not place the beneficiaries of the promotion at a disadvantage and that such changes are duly communicated.  In accordance with current data protection regulations, IKEA hereby informs participants of the following points concerning the processing of personal data. 

The controllers responsible for processing your data are:

  • Ingka NB AB, a Swedish limited liability company with registered office at Älmhultsgatan 2, 215 86 Malmö, Sweden. Registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Sw. Bolagsverket) under number 559487-7051. 

 

Participants may contact the IKEA IBERICA Data Protection Officer if they have any questions or needs regarding data protection: tusdatos@ikea.com. Personal data provided by participants to IKEA will be used exclusively for the development of this promotion and the fulfilment of obligations to the Treasury or any other Public Administrations. The legal framework for processing the participants' personal data is determined by the promotion's own terms and conditions and, where appropriate, by the consent given. The participants' personal data will only be processed for as long as required for the purposes set out in the previous section.  Once the promotion has ended and these purposes have been fulfilled and, where appropriate, the time frames set by the existing legislation have elapsed, any personal data will be destroyed by means of a secure procedure, in accordance with the regulations in effect at that time.  The participant may exercise their rights to access, correct, erase and transfer their personal data, as well as such rights relating to the limitation of and opposition to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the provisions of the IKEA Privacy Policy https://www.ikea.com/es/en/customer-service/privacy-policy/.

Terms and conditions of "children eat for free"

From 1 to 23 August 2026, inclusive, IKEA customers who are also IKEA Family members can enjoy a free kids' meal when buying one of the following main courses (plant balls, Swedish meatballs, falafel balls, fish & chips, salmon fillet and roasted ham hock).

Valid only in the IKEA Restaurant between the hours of 12:00 and 13:30 and 17:00 and 21:30. Subject to availability. Cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or promotions, with the exception of the "Kids' meal + soft toy" promotion.

Accordingly, the two promotions will work in combination as follows: upon buying a main course, customers will be entitled to receive a free kids' meal and, in addition, by paying an extra EUR 1 on the price of the main meal, IKEA Family members will be entitled to a soft toy, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the "Kids' meal + soft toy" promotion, available in "Restaurant and Bistro – Eating at IKEA – IKEA".

 

Terms and conditions of the EUR 10 voucher 

From 26 June to 12 July 2026, IKEA Family members who spend a minimum of ten euro (EUR 10)  in the Restaurants of the IKEA stores participating in this promotion will receive a ten euro (EUR 10) voucher to be used that same day when shopping in the corresponding participating IKEA store.

· The discount can be used from the day you ate in the restaurant where you received the discount voucher until 12 July, and it can only be used in the IKEA store containing the restaurant you ate in.

· Participating IKEA stores where the voucher can be obtained and redeemed are listed at the end of these terms and conditions.

· The voucher can be used within the public opening hours of each participating physical IKEA store.

· The discount voucher can only be used on purchases of eighty euro (EUR 80) or more, including VAT. To enjoy the discount, IKEA Family members must provide proof that they are part of the IKEA Family club and present the voucher when paying at the payment counter; otherwise, they will lose the right to enjoy the discount.

· Each member and IKEA Family Card number can only participate in the promotion once during the promotional period. Only one discount voucher per IKEA Family member can be obtained and used during the promotion.

· The discount cannot be combined with other promotions, offers or discounts.· The discount cannot be applied to services, Circular Hub products, purchases of gift cards or purchases made online, in the app or over the phone. It also cannot be used in the Restaurant, Swedish Food Market or bistro.

· If returning any items to which the discount voucher was applied, resulting in the non-fulfilment or breach of the necessary conditions for the discount to be used, the discount amount will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to the customer, and no amount will be reimbursed if the amount to be refunded is less than the value of the discount.

· For returns of items that form part of this promotion, the IKEA Returns Policy in force at the time of purchase will apply.
