Can I change my delivery date?

Of course! You can manage a new appointment with us for the delivery of your order.

If you have requested delivery or have contracted a service in your order, you can check its status or modify the delivery date in Track and manage your order, as long as the goods are not already in delivery and their condition allows it. 

For standard orders, if you cannot manage it in this way, our Customer Service will be able to help you with the process. You will be able to make changes at no additional cost up to 48 hours before the initially planned delivery date.   

For parcel deliveries, if their status does not allow changes to be made on our website, please refer to the tracking email of your IKEA order.

Note: if you need to contact us by phone, chat or Social Networks, either to consult or to make a change to your order, we inform you that for data protection reasons, this can only be done by the owner.
